Since our founding nearly 20 years ago, Ash Staging has completed thousands of projects representing over $50 billion in real estate, helping the world’s leading developers, brokers, brands, and homeowners bring remarkable properties to market.

As the only on-demand staging service from an Architectural Digest AD100 firm, we approach staging as both design and strategy. Our team members come from leading firms and design schools around the world, creating bespoke, site-specific interiors conceived to command attention, differentiate a property, and achieve the highest possible price in the shortest possible time. Signature capabilities extend from furnishings to custom wall and window treatments, lighting, art, and décor, with exclusive access to Ash’s unparalleled collection of vintage, custom, and contemporary pieces.

Andrew Bowen

Partner of AD100 and Wallpaper* 400 firm Ash, Andrew Bowen is the Co-Founder of Ash Staging and Room Service®. Ash was also recognized in Phaidon's By Design: The World's Best Contemporary Interior Designers as one of the world's top 100 design firms.

Andrew has spearheaded collaborations with some of the country's most prestigious residential developments, including 111 W 57, One57, 53W53, 432 Park, 56 Leonard, 111 Murray, the Four Seasons Downtown, the Rosewood Residences, 8899 Beverly, and The Residences at the West Hollywood EDITION, while serving a private clientele that includes notable figures in entertainment, business, and culture.

Under his leadership, the firm's work has been featured on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, Selling Sunset, and Open House NY, and in publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, Architectural Digest, Wallpaper*, ELLE, Domino, House Beautiful, among others. He holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA in Urban Design & Architecture from the College of Arts & Sciences at New York University, and serves as a Guest Lecturer at the Yale School of Architecture. He previously wrote a column, "The Interior Report," for the East Hampton Press and Southampton Press.

Andrew is a Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) Platinum Circle, the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA®), the Gay Real Estate Group (GREG), and Los Angeles Gay Real Estate Group (LGREG). He is named among the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging by RESA®.
